Accessible facilities are located on the ground floor of Oxford Road entrance lobby and are operated by an intercom to the security office. There is also a Changing Places facility located on the first floor of Oxford Road entrance lobby.

Accessible parking bays are located on the 1st floor of the car park, adjacent to the Library and further spaces are also available on floors 3 and 5 close to the Twin Tower passenger lifts. 

The car park is open from 6am until midnight.

Parking is easy at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, with space for over 600 cars from Monday to Friday and over 800 cars every weekend. The car park can be reached from either Grove Road via St Mary’s Road (opposite Ealing Green).

Ealing Broadway is wheelchair accessible at all entrances and three passenger lifts are provided to access the 1st floor of the Ealing Broadway and the upper floors of car park. 

Disabled parking bays are located on the 1st floor of the car park, adjacent to the Library and further spaces are also available on floors 3 and 5 close to the Twin Tower passenger lifts. 

Ealing Broadway also provides courtesy wheelchairs on request. The wheelchairs are available from the office on the 1st floor on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers wishing to phone in advance to pre-book a wheelchair can do so by contacting the centre on 020 8567 3453. 

All stores that are wheelchair accessible are identified by the disabled logo in the store guide.

We currently do not offer this service. However, the Library would provide a perfect quiet space.

Yes – there are two baby change units in the women’s toilets and one in the men’s toilets located on the first floor of the Oxford Road entrance lobby. 

We do not currently have a creche at Ealing Broadway. However, there are local parks no more than a 10 minute walk and are perfect for an afternoon stroll or play after some shopping.

Our social channels encourage our community of shoppers and visitors at Ealing Broadway to openly discuss experiences in, or directly surrounding, the centre but it should be noted that unless the post has come from our official account, posts and comments do not represent the views of Ealing Broadway. Our social media channels are monitored daily during regular working hours (9.00am -5.30pm) and we will respond to any direct messages as soon as possible. Out of hours and weekend monitoring covers critical and emergency situations but we will always respond as soon as possible to any enquiries. Whilst there is no formal code of conduct we expect all visitors to behave in a manner that does not detract from the convenience and enjoyment of others who visit or work there. Ealing Broadway is private property and British Land reserves the right to refuse admission or require persons to leave if necessary.

Unfortunately, Ealing Broadway does not offer any gift cards for the centre. Individual retailers regularily offer gift cards.

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas at  Ealing Broadway, but should be kept on a lead. 

The policy within our stores varies, however, and so we recommend checking directly to see if they welcome dogs inside.

We’re doing our bit too, in lots of different ways, including making it easy for you to charge your EV while you shop. We have five Pod Point electric vehicle charging points located on car cark Level 5 at Ealing Broadway. Charging points all offer 7kW charge via a Type 2 universal socket. Ealing Broadway is under 24 hour CCTV and secuirty supervision. If you have any concerns, please call 020 8567 3453. 

 

Yes, Ealing Broadway has several banks. We have Barclays, HSBC and Lloyds TSB. These are all shown on our centre map (listed as a £ sign). There is also a free withdrawal cash machine inside M&S and on Oak Road.

For First aid, contact Centre Management and security straight away on: 0203 841 6455. They are first aid trained and can provide access to a resting place.

The management office is happy to help with lost property enquiries. It is located on the first floor of the Oxford Road entrance lobby and is also contactable by phone 24 hours a day on 020 8567 3453.

The Centre Management office is located on level one of Ealing Broadway. Follow signs for the toilets and go straight down the corridor. The Centre Management is on the right just before the fire doors to the car park.
