Tesco have a quiet hour in their stores to enable a calmer shopping experience for those who may need it. During this time, the lights are dimmed and checkout noises are lowered. The quiet hour is 9am to 10am every Wednesday and Saturday.

Ealing Broadway is wheelchair accessible at all entrances and three passenger lifts are provided to access the 1st floor of the Ealing Broadway and the upper floors of car park.
Disabled parking bays are located on the 1st floor of the car park, adjacent to the Library and further spaces are also available on floors 3 and 5 close to the Twin Tower passenger lifts.
Ealing Broadway also provides courtesy wheelchairs on request. The wheelchairs are available from the office on the 1st floor on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers wishing to phone in advance to pre-book a wheelchair can do so by contacting the centre on 020 8567 3453.
