Our service pledge

One of our main priorities is to ensure our centre is as accessible as possible to all members of the public. We want all our customers to feel comfortable and at home here. Because of this, recent improvements have taken place to cater to the needs of our visitors and we now boast an increase in accessibility services such as baby changing and the introduction of the Changing Places facilities.

Furthermore, over 90% of our staff have received Dementia Friendly training, and are confident when putting it into practice, assisting our special needs customers in a caring, helpful and efficient manner.

Recent staff initiatives have also been introduced to increase the wellbeing of our employees in their workplace. This includes free fresh fruit and improvements to the staff room such as making the most of natural light. Social activities have also been organised; promoting team work, encouragement and importantly, friendship within the centre’s staff.
