Spicy Miso Mackeral
Mackerel fillets in spicy kimchee sauce with sweet potato, tenderstem broccoli, bok choi, shiitake mushrooms and kimchee.
Served on a bed of fried brown rice and garnished with red chilli, ginger and coriander.
