Planning Your Visit

Following government guidance, many of our stores, cafes, bars and restaurants are now open.

Please note that our retailers and restaurants may be working to slightly different timescales for their reopening. They may also be implementing new systems to help everybody to stay safe, so please always check with them directly before setting off.

Some of our cafes and restaurants will continue to offer a take-away or delivery service only for now.

You can find out what’s open here.

Dining with us
Whilst some of our restaurants are planning to reopen over coming weeks, it’s not quite business as usual.

Where we can, we have extended the restaurant’s seating outside of their usual dining areas.

Some restaurants may have moved to contactless payment only and will no longer be able to accept cash. You may also find that, in order to maintain social distancing, booking sizes are limited. There may also be screens in place to help protect you and others.

We recommend you check with the restaurants directly before you visit, so you know exactly what to expect.

To make sure everyone can keep a two-metre distance, we will be closely managing our visitor numbers. If we become particularly busy, we may temporarily close access to Ealing Broadway and our car parks.

Getting here and heading home

We’re making some temporary changes to help keep everyone safe while visiting us, which may affect your usual travel arrangements.

Entrances and exits
To support social distancing, we’re implementing a keep left system at all entrances and exits. Please look out for signage to help guide you.

Car parks
Our car parks are operating as usual.
Please note that the usual car parking charges are now reinstated. Find out more here

Other ways to travel
You’ll find our bike racks at the St.Saviour’s, The Broadway, Oxford Road and Oak Road entrances, and on level 1 of the car park.

Updates to our facilities and services
To help keep our customers and colleagues safe while visiting us, we are making some changes to the facilities and services we are currently able to offer.

Please visit our Facilities and Services page to find out more.

Stay safe
The wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority, so we’re introducing new measures to keep Ealing Broadway as safe as possible for everyone.

This means that some things may look a little different next time you visit us, so please look out for:

  • Hand sanitising stations
  • New signage to help everyone keep a two-metre distance from others
  • One-way/keep left systems to help with social distancing

Our Ealing Broadway on-site colleagues have all been provided with suitable PPE such as masks and gloves to help them carry out their roles safely. We’re also continuing with our enhanced cleaning regimes, including regular cleaning of key touchpoints throughout each day.

We will be closely managing visitor numbers, so we can be confident that everyone can maintain social distancing.

You can help everyone to stay safe by:

  • Staying at home if you, or anyone in your household, has symptoms of Covid-19
  • Washing your hands regularly
  • Keeping a two-metre distance from people outside of your household
  • Using contactless payments wherever possible
