Giving Box

Help us give back – The Giving Box

This year we’re giving back to the wonderful charities who work so hard to deliver vital services in our local community.

We know that this has been a difficult time for everyone, but charities have been among the hardest hit, and they need our generosity more than ever.

That’s why we’re supporting BEfriend Ealing and Ealing MENCAP.

If you can, please help us to help them by showing your support when you next visit us.

You'll find out giant giving box at Broadway Court.

Using contactless payment, you’ll be able to donate to these amazing charities and make a difference in our community.

Thank you! Our giving box has a special way of showing just how much it appreciates your donation!

Ealing BEfriend

Since 1994, BEfriend has been supporting people who are extremely isolated from society, with no regular visitors or places to go through its befriending project. The team match them with trained volunteers who support them to participate in activities that improve their wellbeing. In recent times, their support has been more vital than ever, as many find themselves extremely isolated due to COVID-19. Whilst they have had to stop face-to-face visits once again during the second national lockdown, they are now providing invaluable support over the phone, and through letter writing, as well support with picking up prescriptions and shopping when needed.

Set up in 1965, Ealing Mencap is part of the Mencap network. The charity has raised its own funds and operates independently of the national organisation. It offers a wide variety of services that put people and their families first. Services that give people with learning disabilities opportunities to make friends, develop life skills, find work and be part of their communities. The team also works to influence change, ensuring people with learning disabilities get their voices heard.
