Facilities

Throughout Ealing Broadway you will find a range of services and facilities to make your visit safe, comfortable and enjoyable. 

There are lifts available at Ealing Broadway. Lifts are located outside Tesco, at the Oak Road entrance and at Oxford Road entrance.

Ealing Broadway is wheelchair accessible at all entrances and four passenger lifts are provided to access Level 1 of the Ealing Broadway while three serve the upper car park levels. Blue badge spaces are located on Level 1 of the car park, adjacent to Decathlon and further spaces are available on Floors 3 and 5 close to the Twin Tower passenger lifts.

There are 21 accessible parking spaces at Ealing Broadway.

Spaces are chargeable and require a valid blue badge to be displayed.

Accessible toilet facilities are available on the ground floor at the Oxford Road entrance. For access, a radar key will be required. There are additional Accessible Toilets within the mens and womens toilets. For directions please see Google Maps.

  • Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday: 11am – 5pm

There is also a Changing Places facility located on the first floor of Oxford Road entrance lobby.

Baby changing facilities are available within the mens and womens toilets. There are also baby feeding facilities in the womens toilets. For directions, please see Google Maps. Baby changing facilities are also available within M&S.

Ride&Park, a bicycle and scooter parking is available on the ground floor, in St.Saviour’s Walk. For directions, please see Google Maps which shows the entrance from Town Square to St.Saviour’s Walk. The Ride&Park is located next to Chantal Cafe.

The parking facility is free to use and is accessible:

  • Monday – Sunday: 6am – Midnight

The facility provides 48 bike spaces, 10 scooter spaces, folding bike lockers and a bicycle repair station.

The maximum period we permit the parking of bicycles or scooters is 48 hours.

Ealing Broadway has spaces for over 600 cars from Monday to Friday and over 800 cars every weekend. The car park is open from 6am – Midnight and can be accessed from Grove Road via St Mary’s Road (opposite Ealing Green). Please use post code W5 5BL.

3-4 hours: £4.00
4-5 hours: £5.00
5-6 hours: £6.00
Over 6 hours and up to 24 hours: £12.00

Lost ticket charge: £12.00

Overnight parking is permitted, please note that the car park is closed Midnight – 6am so access to vehicles is not permitted during this time.

Motorbikes are welcome in the dedicated motorbike park under the Grove Road car park entrance ramp.

Please note that bank holidays follow the usual weekday tariff.

Our car washing service is located on the 4th floor of the car park.

There are further accessible toilets as well as a Changing Places facility located on the first floor, which can be accessed by the lift closest to the Accessible Toilets on the ground floor. For directions, please see Google Maps.

  • Changing Bench – adult-sized and height-adjustable
  • Hoist – ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings
  • Toilet – the toilet has room on either side for carers to support
  • Sink – height adjustable

Cash machines are available at the following locations on the ground floor: Oak Road entrance (HSBC and Lloyds) and within M&S.

We have five Pod Point electric vehicle charging points located on Level 5 of the Ealing Broadway car park.

Charging points all offer 7kW charge via a Type 2 universal socket. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH. Use the Pod Point Open Charge app to start charging and see live availability.

Ealing Broadway has joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, to support more than 10 million people living in the UK that have a hidden disability.

Official Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards will be available from the Management Office (on the first floor of the Oxford Road entrance lobby), and our team have all been trained to recognise the meaning behind the sunflower.
