Saturday Sports Club

Come and join us for Saturday sports club outside Tesco Express!

Join us at Ealing Broadway, outside Tesco every Saturday from 25 July to 29 August for a summer packed with free sport-themed activities, games and creative workshops for children and families.

All activities are free to attend with no booking required — simply turn up and join in. Please note that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Saturday 25 July – The Big Sports Day – 11.00 to 16:00

Kick off the summer with a classic sports day packed with energetic games, group challenges and plenty of fun for kids of all ages, while grown-ups cheer from the sidelines.

• 11:00 – 12:00 Take part in a fun group warm-up followed by activities including: Egg & Spoon Dash, Space Hopper Loop, Bean Bag Toss and Hula Hoop Championships
• 12:00 – 12:45 Enjoy sporty-themed craft activities in our first workshop session
• 13:30 – 14:30 Return for more sports day fun including Egg & Spoon Dash, Space Hopper Loop, Bean Bag Toss and Hula Hoop Championships
• 14:30 – 15:15 Take part in a second sporty-themed craft workshop
• 15:15 – 16:00 Join our final sports day activity session of Egg & Spoon Dash, Space Hopper Loop, Bean Bag Toss and Hula Hoop Championships

Saturday 1 August – Summer Ballers – 11.00 to 16:00

Get moving with a day of ball-based games and challenges designed to test your aim and coordination, perfect for kids of all ages, with plenty for families to enjoy together.

• 11:00 – 12:00 Take part in ball-themed activities including: Bin-ketball Skills, Bean Bag Target Throws and Paddle Ball Challenges
• 12:00 – 12:45 Enjoy sporty-themed craft activities in our first workshop session
• 13:30 – 14:30 Return for more ball-themed challenges including Bin-ketball Skills, Bean Bag Target Throws and Paddle Ball Challenges
• 14:30 – 15:15 Take part in a second sporty-themed craft workshop
• 15:15 – 16:00 Join our final activity session of activities including Bin-ketball Skills, Bean Bag Target Throws and Paddle Ball Challenges

Saturday 8 August – Tennis Tournament – 11.00 to 16:00

Step into the action with a fun twist on tennis, featuring light-hearted games and challenges designed especially for kids of all ages, with something to keep everyone entertained.

• 11:00 – 12:00 Take part in tennis-inspired activities including: Floating Volleys, Balloon Badminton and Doubles Team Balloon Rally
• 12:00 – 12:45 Enjoy sporty-themed craft activities in our first workshop session
• 13:30 – 14:30 Return for more tennis-inspired activities including Floating Volleys, Balloon Badminton and Doubles Team Balloon Rally
• 14:30 – 15:15 Take part in a second sporty-themed craft workshop
• 15:15– 16:00 Join our final activity session of Floating Volleys, Balloon Badminton and Doubles Team Balloon Rally

Saturday 15 August – Mini Warriors – 11.00 to 16:00

Test your balance, agility and reactions with a series of fun, high-energy challenges designed for kids of all ages, with plenty of action to keep little ones engaged throughout the day.

• 11:00 – 12:00 Take part in balance and agility challenges including: The Floor is Lava, Limbo Challenge and Warrior Dojo
• 12:00 – 12:45 Enjoy sporty-themed craft activities in our first workshop session
• 12:45 – 13:30 Return for more balance and agility challenges including The Floor is Lava, Limbo Challenge and Warrior Dojo
• 14:30 – 15:15 Take part in a second sporty-themed craft workshop
• 15:15 – 16:00 Join our final activity session of challenges including: The Floor is Lava, Limbo Challenge and Warrior Dojo

Saturday 22 August – Football Fanatics – 11.00 to 16:00

A must for football fans, enjoy a full day of skills, challenges and live freestyler performances designed for kids of all ages, with plenty of excitement both on and off the pitch.

• 11:00 – 12:00 Take part in football-themed activities including: The Nutmeg Showdown, Freestyle Skill Drills and Goalie Game On
• 11:30 – 11:50 Watch and take part in a football freestyler performance and workshop
• 11:50 – 13:00 Continue with football-themed challenges including The Nutmeg Showdown, Freestyle Skill Drills and Goalie Game On
• 12:30 – 12:50 Watch and take part in a football freestyler performance and workshop
• 13:45 – 14:05 Watch and take part in a football freestyler performance and workshop
• 13:45 – 15:00 Take part in more football-themed activities and challenges
• 14:30 – 14:50 Watch and take part in a football freestyler performance and workshop
• 14:45 – 16:00 Join the final football activity session of the day
• 15:30 – 15:50 Enjoy the final football freestyler performance and workshop

Saturday 29 August – The Big Sports Day

Round off the summer with the return of our Big Sports Day, packed with energetic games, group challenges and plenty of fun for kids of all ages, with a great atmosphere for the whole family.

• 11:00 – 12:00 Take part in a fun group warm-up followed by activities including: Egg & Spoon Dash, Space Hopper Loop, Bean Bag Toss and Hula Hoop Championships
