Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre is wheelchair accessible at all entrances into the Centre and three passenger lifts are provided to access the 1st floor of the Shopping Centre and the upper floors of car park. Disabled parking bays are located on the 1st floor of the car park, adjacent to the Library and further spaces are also available on floors 3 and 5 close to the Twin Tower passenger lifts. Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre also provides courtesy wheelchairs on request. The wheelchairs are available from the car park office on the 1st floor on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers wishing to phone in advance to pre-book a wheelchair can do so by contacting us on 020 8567 3453. |

Two baby changing facilities are available at our customer toilet facilities located at the Oak Road entrance to the Centre. In addition, baby changing facilities are also available in Beales Department Store on the 1st floor of the Centre and in Marks & Spencer on High Street mall. |
